What you will do…
- Make our riders and home care consumers feel valued and taken care of
- Establish appropriate connections with people by meeting on their terms and with compassion
- Regularly exceed expectations with riders, consumers, coworkers, leadership, and the community
- Use all your resources to provide answers and resolutions as quickly as possible
- Appropriately identify and escalate all urgent rider and consumer matters or concerns
- With the help of your supervisor, establish and achieve SMART goals every quarter--goals with measurable outcomes that advance the agency’s strategic plan.
