Disability Services, Inc., dba Envida filed Passenger Tariff, Colorado PUC No. 2 with the Colorado Public Utilities Commission on February 8, 2024. The proposed effective date of the tariff is March 10, 2024.
Disability Services, Inc., dba Envida, under Certificates No. 55942, may provide shuttle service between all points in the Counties of Crowley, Douglas, El Paso, Fremont, Jefferson, Otero, Park, Pueblo, and Teller, State of Colorado.
Disability Services, Inc., dba Envida, in Passenger Tariff, Colorado PUC No. 2 proposes to increase the rates for the shuttle service authorized by Certificate No. 55942.

Unless the Colorado Public Utilities Commission suspends the proposed effective date, the proposed changes will become effective on March 10, 2024. Objections to the proposed tariff changes must be made in writing and filed with the Colorado Public Utilities Commission, 1560 Broadway, Suite 250, Denver, CO 80202, ore-filed in Proceeding No. 24AL-0072TR by March 5, 2024. If the Commission sets the matter for hearing, the filing of a written objection will not by itself allow a person to participate in the hearing. To participate in the hearing, a party must also file a written intervention and receive leave of the Commission to intervene. Requests to intervene as a
party must comply with Commission rules.
